·3/4 puff sleeves have pretty gathers at the sleeve head and a ruffle cuff.

Liberty Tana lawn is the ultimate luxury 100% cotton fabric. It is very fine with a silky handle and is extremely soft and comfortable to wear. It is pre-washed so will not shrink if washed according to the care label.
