Returns & Exchanges

As each Wildseed Stitches garment is handmade to order, please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-measure and personalised garments

Made-to-measure, personalised and customised garments are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind or the fit is not what you expected.

Before making a made-to-measure garment, I will use the measurements and information you provide. Please take care when measuring and ensure that the measurements supplied are accurate.

If you are unsure about which measurements to provide or which size to select, please contact me before ordering and I will be happy to help.

Standard-size garments

For standard-size garments that are not made specifically to your measurements, you may be able to return your order if you change your mind, subject to the applicable cancellation and returns requirements.

Please contact me before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached where applicable.

Faulty or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, significantly different from the description, or has not been made according to the measurements or specifications agreed at the time of purchase, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

I will work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with your consumer rights.

Please check your size carefully

All sizes shown on the website are UK sizes. The corresponding US sizes are provided in the size chart.

Please take care to select the correct size when ordering. If you are unsure, please contact me before placing your order.

Returns postage

Where a return is accepted because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated.

Where an item is faulty or incorrect, I will discuss the appropriate return arrangements with you.
